Job Title: Travel & Accommodation Coordinator

Location: Mumbai

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays Off)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Travel & Accommodation Coordinator to manage domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and approved customers. This role involves end-to-end coordination of bookings, visa processes, and related services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and local transportation, securing the best available rates.
  • Communicate with travelers to determine destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, budget considerations, and accommodation needs.
  • Oversee visa and passport application processes with various embassies.
  • Arrange travel insurance and foreign exchange services as required.
  • Review and verify travel-related invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments in coordination with the finance team.
  • Act as the single point of contact for all travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and approved customers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (UG) with IATA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar travel coordination role.
  • Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi (both spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
