We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of impactful solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable insights.
  • Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams to drive end-to-end project execution.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop use cases, workflows, wireframes, and data models to support business goals.
  • Perform data analysis to generate insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and basic SQL querying.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in domains such as BFSI, E-commerce, or SaaS.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with API documentation and integration processes.
