Position: Spoken English Trainer

Location: Brandify Education, Aligarh

Mode: Offline (In-person sessions)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), 1-hour session daily

Batch Timing: 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (IST)

Duration: 40–50 hours total per course

Compensation: ₹300 per session

Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Spoken English Trainer to join our team at Brandify Education, Aligarh. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, superb fluency, and the ability to inspire learners to speak confidently and effectively in English.

You will conduct interactive offline sessions and provide engaging demo classes to showcase your teaching style. This is a great opportunity for individuals who love teaching, connecting with students, and making a real impact on their communication journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging and interactive Spoken English classes (basic to advanced levels).
  • Deliver one-hour daily sessions from Monday to Friday.
  • Provide demo sessions for prospective students.
  • Help students and professionals enhance their vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
  • Foster a supportive and motivating classroom environment.
  • Assess learners' progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of the English language with exceptional fluency.
  • Prior experience in Spoken English training (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • Ability to teach students and working professionals effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping others improve their communication.
