Proofreader /Linguistic QA

Job Description:In this role, you will be working with internal teams for all the quality aspects of the localization process. You will coordinate with various internal and external teams to deliver quality files to the clientResponsibilities include:1. Checking to see if files meet project specifications before delivery2. Preparing pre-delivery checklists, reports for every project3. Using industry-specific review and QA tools on files4. Analyze and assess individual projects in terms of quality.5. Reviewing and evaluating to determine if the project conforms to the establishedquality guidelines and standards.6. Proofreading and editing (Tool and manual Review)7. Coordination with other teams in-house.8. Perform linguistic (English) as well as a non-linguistic quality check. (Alllanguages).You will spend all your time checking files for mistakes, flagging errors, making reports, and checking boxes. You need to have the ability to spot mistakes other people have missed and set up processes to ensure they aren't repeated.Qualifications:1. Excellent written/spoken English. Knowing 2 other languages is preferred2. Any graduate or post-graduate3. Min of 1 year of relevant experience is must4. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines5. Great interpersonal skills6. Ability to multitask7. Punctual and flexible8. Excel/google sheets9. Any CAT tool training will be provided for the sameNote: This is a full-time on-site role.
