Client is a Leading Real Estate Developer with head office in Bandra West.They have completed high rise Residential Buildings,Offices ,Malls and Commercial Office Space in the Western Surburbs in Mumbai and in Pune.

JOB POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER

JOB LOCATION: BANDRA WEST

QUALIFICATIONS : BE CIVIL. MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Project Planning & Execution.

Oversee end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of all

construction projects.

Ensure alignment with master plans, timelines, and organizational

objectives. Coordinate design, engineering and site execution

activities.

  1. Budget & Cost Control

Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation

of resources.

Monitor expenses to control cost overruns and improve

profitability.

Approve procurement strategies and contract awards based on

financial analysis.

  1. Quality Assurance

Implement quality control systems to meet regulatory and

internal standards.

Ensure all works are completed to specifications, drawings, and

quality benchmarks.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to minimize defects and

rework.

  1. Safety & Compliance

Enforce site safety protocols and ensure adherence to all health

and safety laws.

Conduct safety audits and risk assessments implement corrective

measures.

  1. Team Leadership & Development

Lead a multi-disciplinary project team including engineers,

supervisors, and contractors. Set clear goals, review

performance, and mentor key team

members. Conduct training needs analysis and support skill

enhancement

initiatives.

  1. Stakeholder & Client Management

Interface with clients, consultants, and senior management for

project updates and approvals.

Resolve disputes and handle escalations related to construction

issues.

Maintain strong relationships with clients.

  1. Vendor & Subcontractor Management

Evaluate, appoint, and manage subcontractors and vendors.

Monitor subcontractor performance in terms of quality, cost, and

timeline as per approved work schedule.

Ensure legal and contractual obligations are fulfilled.

  1. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

Track progress against construction schedules and generate

periodic status reports.
