About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent. The role will offer hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate management, and employer branding activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
  • Support the onboarding and documentation process of selected candidates.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting roles on various platforms.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, or LinkedIn will be an added advantage.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn recruitment processes.
