Required a highly motivated inside sales executive-female to join our dynamic sales team. The inside sales executive works closely with the Field Sales team to help achieve the overall sales targets and coordinate for providing the desired pre and post sales services to the customers.

Our ideal candidate increases sales through proactive prospecting, lead qualification and proactive sales activities.

Responsibilities:

_Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential customers and qualify leads

_Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits and pricing

_Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through to close, ensuring that customer information and sales data is accurate and up-to-date

_Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

_Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, including lead generation, sales activities and closed deals

_Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to team success

_Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings, adjusting sales strategies as required

_Attend sales training and other professional development activities as required

Candidate Profile

-Any Bachelor's degree

-1 year upward experience preferably in inside sales

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team, contributing to team success

-Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
