Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who can handle high call volumes and convert leads effectively. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 90–100 outbound calls per day to potential customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries.
  • Generate leads and achieve daily/weekly conversion targets.
  • Maintain call logs, update lead status, and follow up regularly.
  • Build and maintain a good rapport with customers over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to update records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
