Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site CA Article Assistant role located in Noida. The CA Article Assistant will provide support in handling GST litigation matters, conducting in-depth research on tax issues, drafting replies for Show Cause Notices, and preparing documents for appellate and departmental proceedings. The role involves assisting senior team members in client representation before tax authorities and contributing to the preparation of case files and reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and corporate laws
  • Proficiency in research, drafting, and legal documentation
  • Ability to analyze legal issues and assist in preparing case strategies
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal research tools
  • Candidates pursuing CA with cleared Intermediate examinations are preferred
  • Prior experience in GST, audits, or tax advisory will be an added advantage
