Role Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven
Marketing Executive
to lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that build brand visibility and generate quality leads. The individual will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, managing communication with clients and stakeholders, and identifying new growth opportunities. The role plays a vital part in promoting the brand's values of sustainability, healthy living, and ethical practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with social media content posting, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives, reels, and campaigns.
  • Support email/WhatsApp campaigns and basic analytics reporting.
  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities—society activations, pop-up stalls, sampling events.
  • Coordinate permissions and event setup with societies/venues.
  • Interact with customers on-ground and track leads generated.
  • Work with sales, operations, and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with a track record of driving growth and creating impactful campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business development.
  • Passion for sustainability, organic products, and ethical business practices is highly desirable.
