Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager - Interior based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Site Manager will oversee project activities, coordinate resources, and ensure the timely completion of interior design projects. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day site operations, supervising contractors, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations, addressing on-site challenges, and communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Site management skills, including supervising teams, coordinating resources, and maintaining schedules
  • Expertise in interior design principles, project execution, and an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting design plans, technical drawings, and specifications
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to resolve on-site challenges efficiently
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards for interior design projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required
  • Previous experience in managing interior projects and delivering them on time and within budget is preferred
