  • Error Identification:Detecting discrepancies, missed charges, and other issues within billing processes that could affect revenue.
  • Reporting:Preparing detailed audit reports and communicating findings and recommendations to management and relevant departments.
  • Problem Resolution:Working with billing departments and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues and prevent future errors.
