Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in product management who is eager to contribute to the growth of a leading B2B SaaS company. As we transition from a WhatsApp-centric approach to an omnichannel strategy, you will play a crucial role in driving both our marketing and support verticals.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop Product Strategy: Formulate strategies for various product verticals along with the KPIs. Collaborate to develop a 3-6 month product roadmap supported by qualitative and quantitative research.
2. Define Product Requirements: Provide detailed product requirements to the engineering team, focusing on the 'why' and
'what' aspects, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on the 'how' of implementation.
3. Customer and Stakeholder Interaction: Engage extensively with customers and stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and effective communication to understand their needs and feedback.
4. Build Consensus:

Facilitate consensus across stakeholders—Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development—by clearly articulating product decisions and choices.
5. Execute with Speed: Operate with agility and efficiency, ensuring rapid execution in a high-growth startup environment.
6. Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among both internal and
external stakeholders.

Curious Mind: You have an insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn. User-Focused: You are always eager to spend time with potential users to understand their problems, requirements, and needs.
Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience as a Product Manager for B2B (SaaS preferred), with ownership from concept to launch.
Product Adoption: You have experience addressing concerns around product adoption.
Customer Interviews: You are comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person, with a deep empathy for customer workflows and pain points.
Methodologies: You have working knowledge of lean methodology, agile, and iterative development.
Analytical Skills: You possess an analytical background, capable of driving business sense from data.
Stakeholder Management: You can handle pressure from multiple stakeholders and have experience driving solutions by working with developers, QA, and other internal & external stakeholders.
