Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import/Export Commercial Operations Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The role involves coordinating logistics, handling documentation, and working with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the Specialist will address any issues related to international trade and will be expected to maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Import, Export, and International Trade operations
  • Strong Customer Service skills and experience
  • Ability to manage Import Export documentation and compliance with regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the AV industry would be a plus
