Shift Time: 7 AM-4 PM / 1 PM-10 PM/Night Shift

Job Overview: As a process associate the individual would be tasked with understanding and processing the clones request. The role directly impacts customers and has a turn-around time of under 24 hours. This would require a customer focused mindset, a very high standard for quality along with an attention to detail. Training and support would be provided for the task and role.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform clones of the data and DMS boxes as part of the Quick Response Technical Team (QRT) Ensure a 100% quality of the clone and delivery process. Connect with stakeholders for clarifications on a regular basis to ensure quality standards are met. Adhere to complete the tasks within given SLA parameters as defined by the business. Adopt a mindset of continuous learning of the industry, technology and process along with other areas of interest. Remain flexible for shift work and occasional work over weekends to meet deadlines.

Must have: An excellent level of English communication.
