Business Development Executive

Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret sales data, client performance, and market trends.Prepare regular sales reports, dashboards, and forecasting models for management.Track and monitor sales pipeline, conversion ratios, and revenue performance.Support business development teams with data -driven insights for client acquisition.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies with L&D offerings.Analyze customer segments and recommend cross -selling/up -selling opportunities.Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales enablement materials.Monitor competitor activities and prepare market intelligence reports.Ensure accuracy of sales data in CRM/ERP systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).Identify gaps in sales processes and suggest improvements for efficiency. RequirementsRequired Skill SetsStrong knowledge of sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or data visualization tools.Experience working with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).Good understanding of Learning & Development industry offerings (training, e -learning, coaching, etc.).Strong analytical, numerical, and problem -solving skills.Ability to prepare and present MIS reports and executive dashboards.Knowledge of sales funnel metrics and business KPIs.
