Job Summary

Acelot Innovation Pvt. Ltd. invites experienced Freelance Trainers to conduct technical training programs for the Blue-Collar Workforce in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) sector.

We are seeking professionals with hands-on expertise in HVAC systems, Electrical maintenance, Plumbing, BMS operations, and multi-skilled technical roles who can train workforce levels from L1 to L3 effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured technical training programs for blue-collar roles in IFM (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS, etc.).
  • Conduct bulk classroom and on-the-job sessions with practical demonstrations.
  • Assess trainee performance, identify skill gaps, and provide feedback.
  • Design or adapt training content as per organizational needs and trainee levels.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance procedures.
  • Maintain attendance, evaluation, and feedback records for each batch.
  • Collaborate with Acelot's corporate training team for content and delivery consistency.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical or vocational training.
  • Expertise in HVAC, Electrical Systems, Plumbing, BMS, or Multi-Skilled Facility Maintenance.
  • Experience in handling large training groups (50+ participants per batch).
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Fluency in English and local regional language.
  • Open for short-term and long-term freelance assignments in assigned city.

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma / ITI / Engineering in relevant trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.).
  • Additional certifications in Technical Training or Skill Development preferred.
