We are looking for a skilled and passionate Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in architectural design and project execution, with strong technical knowledge of construction details and proficiency in relevant design software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Develop detailed working drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, conceptual layouts, and design presentations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approval records.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Strong understanding of technical construction details, structural requirements, and material specifications.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and team coordination skills. (Crucial for an Architect role)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in residential and commercial architectural projects.
  • Portfolio of previous work will be an added advantage.
