Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the smooth delivery of programs in the Entrepreneurship Education sector. The role involves managing program execution, coordinating with delivery partners, and ensuring students, mentors, parents, and schools receive consistent value. You will also act as the escalation point for customer issues and help improve program delivery based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of programs across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely execution.
  • Ensure high-quality experience for all stakeholders (students, mentors, parents, schools).
  • Capture and analyze the Voice of Customer (VoC) to enhance program design and delivery.
  • Act as the escalation point for any operational issues.

Requirements / Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in program or operations management (education, nonprofit, or edtech preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work across geographies and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related fields).
