Sales Engineer

We're seeking a technically proficient Sales Engineer to drive the adoption of multi-function meters and other intelligent electrical devices developed by leading IoT-based solution providers. You will engage with panel builders, switchgear OEMs, machinery manufacturers, and infrastructure clients to deliver tailored energy monitoring and control solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and manage key accounts across Maharashtra and Goa
- Sell multi-function meters and complementary smart devices
- Conduct technical presentations and demos, aligning solutions with customer needs
- Lead the full sales cycle—discovery, consultation, proposal, negotiation, and onboarding
- Provide technical guidance and post-sales support in collaboration with engineering teams
- Maintain detailed records and deliver market insights to internal teams
What are we looking for?
- Diploma or BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience in electrical/industrial automation products
- Familiarity with controllers, RMUs, smart meters, and industrial energy systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office
