Designation: Account Management & Client-Servicing Executive

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, assertive and detail-oriented Account Management & Client-Servicing Executive with prior agency experience to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in client service within the agency space, looking to leverage their skills in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in agency environments will help drive client satisfaction and strengthen relationships, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact
    for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communications and requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
  • Provide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues
    to maintain satisfaction
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and ensure that all services align with their goals
  • Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and me
    t, managing scope and timelines effectively
  • Contribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clients
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in a client servicing role within an agency environment (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, or creative agencies)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of agency workflows and client communication best practices
