Key Responsibilities:-

  • Student Consultation:Meeting with students to discuss academic performance, career aspirations, and personal issues that may affect their studies.
  • Goal Setting:Helping students define and plan for academic and career goals, including course selection and college admissions.
  • Assessment and Guidance:Administering and interpreting assessments like aptitude and personality tests to help students understand their strengths and interests.
  • Program Development:Creating and implementing support programs, such as workshops on study habits, time management, and career readiness.
  • Resource Provision:Providing students and families with information and referrals to external resources or professionals for further support.
  • Collaboration:Working with teachers, parents, and other staff to identify student needs and develop strategies to support their goals.
  • Record Keeping:Maintaining confidential records of student progress, assessment results, and counseling sessions.
