Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue:Maximize revenue and profit from online sales channels.
  • Marketplace and Brand Website Management:Oversee all aspects of the online presence, including product catalogs, order fulfillment, and customer experience.
  • Pricing and Promotion Optimization:Analyze competitor pricing, develop and execute effective promotional strategies, and optimize pricing models.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:Track and analyze sales data, identify trends and insights, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including marketplaces and vendors.
  • Customer Segmentation and Marketing:Develop customer segmentation strategies and implement targeted marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting:Contribute to the development of strategic business plans, budgets, and sales strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency:Ensure smooth operations of the e-commerce platform, including order processing, fulfillment, and customer service.
