E-commerce Accountant Executive

Location: Sector-58, Noida

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 3 – 5 Years

The company is looking for a skilled and experienced E-commerce Accountant to manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting related to online sales across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and others.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in accounting for e-commerce businesses, including sales reconciliation, commission verification, returns management, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations for e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.).
  • Reconcile online sales, returns, and payment settlements from different portals.
  • Handle marketplace commissions, TCS, TDS, and chargeback entries accurately.
  • Maintain books of accounts in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (or other accounting software).
  • Prepare GST reports, e-commerce sales reports, and financial statements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace representatives for payment discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation norms, invoicing, and monthly account closing.
  • Assist management in analyzing profitability and sales trends from each platform.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in an E-commerce company or online retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / QuickBooks / Zoho Books.
  • Must have worked with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other e-commerce dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, formulas, and pivot reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers.
