As a Sales and Partnerships Manager at Novus Composites Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and partnerships for our core product lines, which include Liquid Thermoplastic Resins (LTR), NovINSUL Waterproofing & Thermal Coats, and Structural & Industrial Adhesives. Your responsibilities will involve engaging with EPC contractors, OEMs, applicators, and R&D teams, building pipelines in infra, clean energy, mobility, and construction sectors, delivering technical demos, pitch decks, and client solutions, as well as collaborating with R&D and technical teams to deliver value.
