Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in OT Exstream to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cards and Payments and will thrive in a hybrid work model with day shifts. This role does not require travel and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our companys success and societal contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OT Exstream to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and implementing data quality controls.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for OT Exstream troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in Cards and Payments to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and written reports.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of data-driven strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
  • Support the development and execution of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management practices and tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems and applications.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong analytical skills with a proven track record in data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in OT Exstream and its application in business processes.
  • Exhibit knowledge and experience in the Cards and Payments domain enhancing the ability to provide relevant insights.
  • Show excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey complex information.
  • Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
  • Have a solid understanding of data governance and quality assurance principles.
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
