Key Role :
The incumbent will be responsible for driving trainings for the Sales workforce covering various aspects of functional learning, behavioral aspects and also facilitation of the product knowledge trainings under the guidance of the experts.

Qualification :
 Post Graduate / Graduate with relevant experience in Training and Development. Candidate with life sciences background will be preferred.

Experience :
10+ years of experience. Minimum 5 years into training delivery and facilitation.

Candidate must be open to travel at different locations within India.

Industry Preference:

Healthcare /Pharma/ Insurance

Knowledge and Specific Skills:

Effective communicator

Key Responsibilities:

To plan and design the training roadmap for the sales workforce.

To partner in the TNI process and use various diagnostics tools like FGDs, questionnaire etc. to identify the needs of a particular geography.

Execution of the approved training calendar for the targeted group.

To conduct follow-up sessions and monitor impact of the training programs.

To partner with the senior leadership in organizing coaching and sessions for the focused groups.

To conduct Induction and functional orientation for the Sales workforce and counsellors.

To collaborate with the corporate training team in execution of the overall training calendar.

To partner in organizing various employee engagement initiatives.

Any other task /project based activities assigned by the management.
