Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing and Prospecting:

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies to target high-value accounts.
  • Identify and nurture suspect accounts, converting them into prospects through multi-touch engagement strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls, webinars, etc. )

Lead Generation And Pipeline Development

  • Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline by proactively reaching out to potential customers.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data analytics tools to identify key accounts.

C-Level Relationship Building

  • Engage with C-level executives of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Personalised Solution Selling

  • Collaborate with pre-sales solution engineers and product teams to customise demo experiences based on customer interest areas.
  • Position the SaaS product as a strategic solution to address customer pain points.

Digital Sales Cycle Management

  • Own and manage the end-to-end digital sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track and optimise outreach efforts.

Sales Conversion And Revenue Growth

  • Convert qualified prospects into paying customers through consultative sales techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets by executing a structured sales process.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in SaaS B2B sales, with a focus on outbound sales.
  • Proven track record in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and demand generation.
  • Experience engaging and selling to C-level executives.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to customize sales pitches.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • Good to have: Prior experience in a SaaS-based company.
