Requisites:

* Any graduate+ MBA HR

* Education in IT background is highly preferred.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment(c2h & permanent staffing)

* Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English.

* Must be well versed with job portals ( naukri, Indeed & LinkedIn)

* Must have good rapport building & networking skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office.

* Must have good follow up skills.

* Must have own good condition laptop & internet connection. (device/wifi)

* Must be ready to work in result oriented environment

* Must be ready to meet Client deliverables in fastest pace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proper Understanding the job requirements and creating job postings & mass mails.

* Sourcing quality candidates through various job portals, social media, and referrals.

* Screening resumes according to Client requirements (technically & Culturally fit candidates) and conducting their initial interviews.

* Strong follow up & Coordination with candidates for interviews

* Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.

* Strong follow up with selected candidates till joining.

* Consistently improving on quality parameters for better shortlisting.

* Strict adherence to systems & processes defined by company.
