Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Capability Building & Advocacy

o Champion the adoption of Alteryx across the organization, driving awareness and best practices.

o Develop frameworks, standards, and reusable assets to accelerate the use of Alteryx.

o Serve as a go-to consultant for teams looking to automate processes, improve analytics, and integrate Alteryx with other tools.

  • Community Engagement

o Organize and facilitate weekly office hours to provide live coaching, answer questions, and troubleshoot challenges faced by employees.

o Build and maintain a vibrant internal Alteryx community of practice by hosting webinars, creating learning materials, and sharing success stories.

  • Consulting & Solution Support

o Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and data analytics using Alteryx.

o Partner with business units to design, develop, and optimize Alteryx workflows for operational efficiency and analytics.

o Provide hands-on consulting support to solve complex data challenges.

  • Training & Mentorship

o Create and deliver training sessions, documentation, and self-service resources for employees at varying skill levels.

o Mentor and coach power users, building a network of internal Alteryx champions.

o Monitor learning progress and provide tailored guidance to accelerate adoption.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, automation, and consulting with a strong focus on Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing Alteryx solutions in large-scale organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics within Alteryx.
  • Experience in integrating Alteryx with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach, mentor, and engage large groups of employees effectively.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
