Role & responsibilities

  1. Deployment and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Application based on telecom technology. 2. Application deployment through CI/CD pipeline and maintenance of application repository. 3. Logging and Monitoring of Application. 4. Troubleshooting and Escalation of Application issue. 5. Report generation for Logging, Monitoring, Troubleshooting activities of Application. 6. Monitoring of backup activity of Application and associated data. 7. Coordination with different stakeholders of the project like DOT official, TSPs etc. 8. Logging of stakeholders issues and feedback. 9. Verification and report generation for resource provisioned in the Cloud Infrastructure.

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Good understanding of Linux and Shell Scripting: This involves familiarity with Linux operating systems and proficiency in scripting languages like Bash. 2. TCP/IP Networking: Understanding
    etworking protocols and configurations is essential for setting up and managing network infrastructure. 3. DBMS like MySQL: Knowledge of database management systems, particularly MySQL, including database design, querying, and administration.

  2. Web Technologies: Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web servers like Apache or Nginx. 5. Telecom Technologies: Understanding of mobile telecommunications standards and technologies, including GSM, UMTS, and LTE. 6. Understanding of In-Memory database technologies like Redis etc. 7. Understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with Kubernetes platform like Rancher etc. 8. Understanding of CI/CD tools like Gitlab, ArgoCD etc. 9. Understanding of Logging tools like ELK etc. 10. Understanding of Monitoring tools like Grafana, Zabbix etc. 11. Understanding of Backup tools like Commvault. 12. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effectively conveying technical information and collaborating with team members. 13. Ability to analyse complex technical issues and develop effective solutions, often under time constraints.
