We have openings for:Junior Engineers: 2–3 years of experienceLead Engineer: 5+ years of experienceKey Skills & Requirements:-Hands-on experience with TeMIP, UCA, UOC-Experience in 24/7 IT system production support-Minimum 3 years as L2 support engineer-Strong understanding of ITIL processes-2–5 years of experience in solution support-Experience working in a Linux environment-Proficient in shell scripting-Good experience with HPE vTeMIP / UOC / UCA products to troubleshoot issues-Able to perform application monitoring, create health check reports, and log issues in the ticketing system-Strong written and verbal business communication skills-Ability to communicate effectively with customers and L2 support teams and track ticket closure-Willingness to ramp up on products used in the solutionMandatory: Availability to work in 24/7 shiftsIf you are passionate about IT support and ready to take ownership in a high-impact environment, we’d love to hear from you.Apply Now to be part of our team
