Job Description
DESIRED SKILL:
Primary
- India payroll processing knowledge.
- Experience in handling payroll transition.
- Knowledge of Provident fund, Income tax, Professional Tax, ESIC, Labour Welfare fund, Labour Law.
- Good communication skill – written and verbal.
- Team handling experience.
- Able to manage the client & team independently.
- Good knowledge of excel
- Email usage-preferably MS Outlook
- Handle Salary Taxation queries independently.
- Able to do the Planning of own work and team work on daily basis.
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in India payroll processing
Secondary
- Multi tasking capability required
