We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Assistant Manager - HR ( Compensation & Benefits ) for a well known client in Manufaturing Industry.

Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Working: Mon to Fri (Work from office)

IC role reporting in to Head - C&B

This role will focus on building a strong rewards framework, driving HR digitization, enabling data-driven insights and ensuring smooth execution of compensation, benefits and policy initiatives.

What Youll Do

  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage annual and mid-year compensation cycles, salary fitment, and benchmarking studies; ensure structures are market-aligned and business-driven.
  • Job Evaluation: Evaluate new and existing roles, ensuring fairness and consistency in promotions and progressions.
  • Budgeting: Support the annual HR budgeting cycle, track manpower costs, and prepare variance analyses with regular reporting.
  • HR Digitization & Analytics: Partner in the rollout of HRMS, strengthen data dashboards, and leverage analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Policies & Processes: Review and enhance HR policies and processes in line with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal leaders, employees, and external consultants for seamless execution of HR projects.

What Were Looking For

  • 5–6 years of overall HR experience with strong exposure to compensation & benefits and HR technology.
  • Postgraduate degree in HR preferred (MBA/Equivalent). Relevant experience without an MBA will also be considered.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to manage details with accuracy while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
