Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Analyst – Pricing Operations to join our Financial Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in reviewing and executing pricing revamp requests for our merchants, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple payment methods. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage workflows, validate profitability, and help maintain a high standard of operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Validate Pricing Requests: Review and verify all incoming pricing revamp requests from the POC team to ensure proper approvals, accuracy, and completeness.
• Configure Pricing Plans: Set up and modify merchant pricing across various payment methods (e.g., Cards, UPI Recurring, E-Mandate, Optimiser) in line with defined SOPs.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Raise tickets with the Banking Operations team to validate margins and with the Checker team for final approvals.
• Workflow Management: Initiate and track pricing revamp workflows through to closure, ensuring timely execution and proper documentation of all approvals.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure all pricing changes comply with internal policies, including securing Function Head approvals where pricing may impact profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 0.6–2 years of experience in an operations, pricing, or reconciliation role—preferably in the fintech or payments sector.
• Strong understanding of process governance and attention to detail in executing SOP-based tasks.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional settings.
