Executing weddings across geographies, budget brackets, and unique client preferences requires exceptional digital and offline capabilities. Weddings are a single-take service there are no second chances — and come with a unique set of operational challenges.

In just 18 months, we have:

  • Planned & executed 400+ weddings worth 120+ crore in total service value
  • Become operationally profitable (as of Oct 2024) while serving weddings in the 10 lakh–5 crore range
  • Raised 8 crore ($1M) in pre-seed funding from marquee investors including LVX, Tremis Capital, and Dropbox Co-founder Arash Ferdowsi
  • Built a vetted network of 2,000+ vendors across 8+ destinations (India & Thailand)

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Finance Analyst who can turn operational and financial data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with numbers, has strong logic-building skills, and wants to shape decision-making at a fast-scaling company.

What You'll Do

  1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

  2. Maintain and analyze operational, financial, and performance data

  3. Build and manage dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets for leadership reviews

  4. Identify trends, variances, and process gaps to recommend improvements

  5. Business Insights:

  6. Partner with Finance, Supply, and Category teams to provide data-driven insights

  7. Support leadership in pricing, vendor performance, and customer journey analysis

  8. Run ad-hoc analysis to solve high-priority business questions

  9. Process Discipline:

  10. Automate recurring reports and trackers for better efficiency

  11. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reporting
  12. Document and streamline data collection processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning)
  • Good business understanding and logical reasoning
  • Comfort with numbers, analysis, and problem-solving-
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
  • Bonus: Familiarity with SQL/Python/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

Year 0–1: Finance Analyst

  • Own core reporting & dashboards
  • Deliver insights that drive measurable impact on efficiency and collections

Year 2–3: Senior Analyst / Finance Intelligence Lead

  • Lead analytics across multiple verticals
  • Implement advanced BI tools and mentor junior analysts

Beyond Year 3:
