Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to deliver actionable insights from corporate data sources, supporting the Sourcing, Procurement, and Third Party Risk teams within the Finance organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Power BI, data modeling, and dashboard development, with a strong understanding of data governance and predictive analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations for business reporting.
  • Apply statistical modeling to extract insights and support predictive analytics.
  • Clean, classify, and transform datasets to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Run queries and perform exploratory analysis to uncover trends and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and data requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize dashboards for continuous performance monitoring.
  • Advise teams on data capture, reporting, and metric creation.
  • Support database management and data governance compliance.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Power BI dashboard development (from scratch and enhancement).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data programming languages.
  • Experience integrating data sources via middleware into Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Coupa CRA (Risk) is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality assurance capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
  • Experience in Finance, Procurement, or Risk domains.
  • Exposure to data governance and regulatory compliance standards.
