Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and triggers to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Ensure the performance, reliability, and scalability of SQL databases.
  • Strong expertise in Fabric, including how to build end-to-end pipelines in the Lakehouse environment, ingest the data into Power BI, and create dashboards from it.
  • Utilize advanced Power BI features such as DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) to create complex calculations and aggregations.
  • Conduct regular database performance tuning and optimization.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for BI projects.
  • Integrate data from various sources and ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Work with ETL tools to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Implement row level security and role-based access in Power BI.
