Role & responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Transform raw data from multiple sources into meaningful insights using Power BI.
  • Optimize Power BI reports and datasets for performance and usability.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI reports and dashboards.
  • Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
  • Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query (M language), and DAX.
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of other BI tools and programming languages (Python, R, Azure) is a plus.
