Job Title: Customer Service Executive International Voice Process (UK Telecom)

Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 12:30 PM – 1:30 AM

Working Days: 5 Days/Week (2 Rotational Split Offs)

Process: UK Telecom – Inbound Voice

Joining Date: 22nd Dec

Transport: Home Drop Facility Available

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls for UK telecom customers

Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, and technical support

Upsell relevant products/services during customer interactions

Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards

Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills

Ability to work in rotational night shifts

Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply

Prior international BPO experience will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Experienced Candidates: Up to 5 LPA (30% hike on last documented CTC)

Approx. 41,600 Monthly CTC

Approx. 38,000 Monthly Take-Home + Incentives

Freshers: 20,000 Monthly Take-Home + Incentives
