We focus on reliability, clear service commitments, and a customer experience built on trust.Role SummaryWe’re hiring an Inbound Sales Lead to manage and convert high-intent inbound enquiries coming via phone, web, and partner/portal channels. You’ll run a consultative sales process—qualify needs, recommend the right solution, close, and ensure a clean handover to operations.This is an inbound-led role (not cold calling), with strong emphasis on speed of response, CRM accuracy, and quality conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound enquiries (calls, forms, callbacks) within defined SLAsQualify leads: customer profile, use-case, timeline, budget, and decision-makerRecommend and close suitable solutions (e.g., international SIM plans, business connectivity, voice/cloud comms, IoT/M2M connectivity, bundled packages)Prepare quotes and coordinate documentation/KYC where requiredMaintain strong CRM hygiene: lead stage, notes, objections, next steps, outcomesTrack performance vs targets (conversion, TAT, follow-ups, activation rate)Share structured feedback with Ops/Product to reduce friction and improve conversionSupport onboarding of junior reps through process adherence and call-quality standardsRequirements3–6 years of inbound/inside sales experience in telecom / B2B tech / ISP / SaaSProven ability to convert warm leads and handle objections professionallyClear communication (Hindi + English preferred)Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot or similar) and Excel/SheetsStrong follow-up discipline and attention to detailCustomer-first mindset and high integrityPreferred: Experience with international telecom products (SIMs/roaming), enterprise clients, SLA-based services, or portal-driven lead funnels.Traits We Look ForTrust-first communicator: clear, calm, and honest—no overpromisingHigh ownership: you don’t wait to be chased; you close loopsStructured operator: you follow process and improve itResilient + consistent: steady performance, even on repetitive workloadsCustomer-empathy with backbone: helpful, but able to ask for the closeWhat We OfferCompetitive CTCPerformance-linked incentivesWork-from-office culture with an in-house office gymOpportunity to travel to the UK (role-dependent) for partner meetings/trainingStructured workflows, measurable goals, and growth path into senior sales / customer success / operations
