About the Role

As our Campaign Manager, you'll take charge of multi-channel paid campaigns from end to end, driving qualified leads, optimizing performance, and generating measurable pipeline results. You'll work closely with content, design, and analytics teams to scale what works and test what's next.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across
    Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing
    , and
    Display
  • Own
    budget allocation
    ,
    targeting strategies
    ,
    creative testing
    , and
    bid optimization
  • Analyze performance data, identify insights, and guide future direction
  • Drive
    B2B lead generation
    and track
    CPL, ROAS, MQLs, SQLs
  • Collaborate with internal and global teams (content, design, analytics)
  • Run
    multiple campaigns
    simultaneously with minimal oversight
  • Improve
    attribution
    and build
    growth-focused playbooks

Requirements

  • 1+ years
    of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing (Search, Social, Display)
  • 1 year
    in B2B marketing—ideally in
    SaaS or tech
  • Proficiency with
    Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Bing, and Display platforms
  • Strong grasp of
    direct response principles
    and
    optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with
    growth concepts
    : funnel velocity, attribution, A/B testing
  • Analytical mindset; strong with
    Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI
    ;
    SQL
    is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
  • Must be based in
    chennai
    and available to
    join immediately
