Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketer with under 3-4 years of experience. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for social media marketing, lead generation, web analytics, and overall digital marketing strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine strategies to maximise ROI
  • Build and present detailed performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals
  • Mentor and train junior team members on best practices and tools
  • Keep up to date with platform updates, trends, and new opportunities in the digital space

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+yrs years of direct experience in Meta and Google Ads campaign management
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative testing
  • Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset – you don't wait to be told, you take initiative
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a team

Bonus Points For:

  • Working knowledge of Klaviyo or Zoho Campaigns/CRM for email marketing or automation
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns across paid and owned media
  • Familiarity with GA4 / GTM and conversion tracking implementation
  • Experience in mentoring or managing junior team members
