Senior Analyst/Team Lead - Sourcing and Contract Services

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Analyst/Team Lead to lead our Sourcing and Contract Services team in Bangalore/Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, source-to-contract, contract finalization, and supplier engagement. The role will involve developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring seamless contract finalization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
  • Finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Engage with suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and manage a team of sourcing analysts to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication

Requirements

  • 5-15 years of experience in sourcing, source-to-contract, and contract finalization
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier engagement, and negotiations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance
  • Leadership skills to manage a team of sourcing analysts
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
