Key Responsibilities (ചുമതലകൾ)

HR – Recruitment & Hiring

* വിവിധ തസ്തികകള്‍ക്ക് (Sales, Accounts, Store, Delivery, Helpers etc.)

* Job description തയ്യാറാക്കൽ

* Job posting (Indeed, WhatsApp, Social Media)

* CV / Resume shortlisting

* Phone screening & first-level interview

* Final interview co-ordination (Management-നൊപ്പം)

* Selection, offer communication, joining date follow-up

HR – Onboarding, Attendance & HR Systems

* New joiners-ന്റെ

* Joining form, KYC, document collection

* Appointment letter തയ്യാറാക്കൽ

* Induction: company rules, timing, leave policy, discipline etc. explain ചെയ്യുക

* Daily attendance & leave register update ചെയ്യുക

* Late coming / absentee report management-നു നൽകുക

* Staff file & HR records properly maintain ചെയ്യുക

HR – Employee Relations & Culture

* Staff-ന്റെ basic issues / complaints first level-ൽ കേട്ട്,

proper ആയി management-നു report ചെയ്യുക

* Positive work culture ഉണ്ടാകാൻ ചെറിയ engagement activities

(birthday wishes, festival wishes, team meetings etc.) co-ordinate ചെയ്യുക

* Staff discipline, grooming, behaviour showroom standard-ിനു ഒത്തുതീർക്കാൻ

gentle reminders & follow-up നൽകുക


Customer Relations – Frontline Support

* Showroom-ിൽ walk-in customers-നെ **warm ആയി receive ചെയ്യുക**

* ആവശ്യത്തിന് sales team-ലേക്ക് proper handover ചെയ്യുക

* Phone / WhatsApp enquiries-ക്ക് polite, quick response നൽകുക

* Product availability, basic details, location, timing etc. explain ചെയ്യുക

Customer Relations – After Sales & Feedback

* Purchase കഴിഞ്ഞ് main customers-ന്

* Follow-up call / WhatsApp: *"delivery ok ആണോ, fitting ok ആണോ"* എന്നിങ്ങനെ check ചെയ്യുക

* Customer complaints / issues വന്നാൽ:

* First level-ൽ calmly കേൾക്കുക

* Issue note ചെയ്ത് related department / management-ലേക്ക് escalate ചെയ്യുക

* Resolve ആയതിന് ശേഷം customer-നെ വീണ്ടും update ചെയ്യുക

* Google Review / Feedback collect ചെയ്യാൻ simple system maintain ചെയ്യുക

* Regular customers / contractors / architects-നോട്

relationship maintain ചെയ്യാൻ occasional follow-up & wishes (festivals, opening etc.)

Customer Experience – Showroom Feel & Coordination

* Reception / front area neat & customer-friendly ആണോ എന്ന് ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുക

* Token / waiting customers-നെ care ചെയ്യുക (water, seating, basic courtesy)

* Sales team busy ആയില്ലോ, customer waiting ആണോ etc. എന്ന് observe ചെയ്ത്

smooth co-ordination നടത്തുക


Qualification & Skills (യോഗ്യത & സ്കിൽസ്)

* BBA / B.Com / BA അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സമാനമായ degree

* **MBA / PG in HR** ഉണ്ടായാൽ plus point

* **1–3 years experience** in HR / Admin / Customer Service

(Retail / showroom / building materials sector-ൽ experience ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ advantage)

* Malayalam fluent, basic–good English communication

* People handling skill, listening skill, conflict calm ആയി handle ചെയ്യാനുള്ള കഴിവ്

* Soft-spoken, polite, smiling personality – customer-facing role ആയതിനാൽ

* Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp, Google Forms etc.
