Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who understands the recruitment landscape and enjoys the thrill of client acquisition and relationship building. You'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and working closely with the recruitment team to deliver the right talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, connect with, and convert new business leads in the recruitment/staffing space
- Build and maintain strong client relationships – understand hiring needs and align solutions
- Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client challenges
- Maintain CRM and provide regular reporting on pipeline, activity, and progress
- Actively participate in client meetings (virtual and in-person as required)
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in business development or client servicing, preferably in the recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle and client needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and
persuasive - Ability to independently drive sales conversations and manage follow-through
- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup in Bangalore, and open to a full-time office
role in the near future - Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with a small and agile team
