Role and Responsibilities:

For IT Operations:

  • Perform EOD/BOD/backups/ data restore of Production, Disaster Site and Simulation env for all segments as per defined SOP and check list.
  • Conduct mock trading on Saturday for new functional release.
  • Monitoring trading applications, raising alerts in case of incidents.
  • Co-ordinating with various departments for day-to-day operational activities.

For Business Operations:

  • Generation of Contract master/ Scrip master files for trading applications.
  • Setting up Trading calendar
  • Activation of trading members, user rights as required by Trading Members.
  • MIS reports for SEBI and other regulatory bodies.

For IT operations: (BSC IT/MCA)

  • Should have knowledge of operating systems of Windows, Linux, Phyton, Windows Command Line
  • Should be able to work in shifts and monitor applications during trading hours.
  • Should be able to work with internal department for operational activity.
  • Should be able to connect with trading members and vendors as required.

For Business Operations: (MBA- Capital Markets or NISM certified)

  • Should understand Capital Markets products
  • Should have knowledge of Trading platform (RMS/Connectivity with Exchange and Trading member)
  • Should be able to connect with trading members and vendors as required.
  • Should participate in system audits, ensuring all operations meet regulatory and internal IT policies.
  • Support deployment and performance monitoring during trading hours including extended trading sessions.
