Job Profile:
HR Operations & Admin Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing and streamlining the contracting processes with stakeholders to help organize a tour. The individual will be responsible for communicating with homestays for the pricing and other essentials. The operations manager will also be in touch with the founder to ensure the smooth running of operations goes on.

Key Responsibilities


• Oversee and maintain the pricing calendar of Hotels and Homestays.


• Onboarding process for new hotels and homestays.


• Manage a team of individuals who work on separate sectors in India.


• Act as a liaison between the founders vision and the team.

Qualifications and Skills


• Education: Bachelor's degree in the related field.


• Experience: 3-5 years of travel industry experience will be preferred.


• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.


• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
