Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and lead generation for digital services (SEO, Social Media, Web Development, Paid Ads, Branding, etc.)
  • Pitch services to potential clients through meetings, emails, and calls.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, creative) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Handle client objections and work toward closing deals successfully.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2–6 years) in B2B sales, particularly in digital marketing or tech services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to understand digital marketing terms and propose relevant solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead-tracking systems.
