Role Description

We are seeking Team Lead for G-Pay business for our South Kolkata multiple location. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team, ensuring manpower hiring , overseeing daily operations, and facilitating effective communication within the team. They will also be accountable for monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and implementing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools
  • Experience in Field Sales, Retail Sales, New Merchant Acquation domains is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
